 ALL THE DAY LONG  I
hope all who listen will be moved. I wrote these some thirty arrangements
almost all note for note and it seemed they would take forever to
finish. I would keep tinkering with them, changing this and that.
I wanted the music to be a deeply moving experience for all those
who listened to it. I wanted to provide the music that would bring listeners into a state where they could actually feel the Love of Christ and actually begin to seriously think about the things that He promises those who love Him in return. I know this music will probably fill a great void and, consequently, make a lot of people happy. But if it causes those who hear it to stop taking a chance any longer on dying without their name firmly entrenched in the Book of Life, that would be wonderful. There are people we all know who are still on the outside looking in who need something to move them to a decision. I am a pianist. I am not a minister or Bible scholar or anything close to it. I do read the Bible a lot along with other books on anything from Christian apologetics to cosmology to Russian scientific atheism. I am a person who is looking for peace of mind. I love to provide a little happiness for those I love and for a few deserving people whose lives I may touch. But I think most of us like to center upon these things, really. But, to you who can still feel inside that inner deep need, think about all those joys Christ promises. I wish they could be yours.
